Please find here following our conditions:

Hourly Rate

For clients requiring services on as-needed basis or occasional work they prefer to outsource. Hourly rates vary according to service needs and are billed in 15-minute increments.  Payments are made 30% initially before work begins as deposit and 70% when documents are ready before their delivery. 

Per Project Rate

For services required about a specific project, we have a base hourly rate determined by the needs and complexity of the project. There is a one hour minimum and all time is tracked to the minute. Discounts are available for larger tasks so please contact us to discuss. Payment required is 50% initially before work begins as deposit and 50% at the completation of the project.

Retainer Packages

Ad Hoc Solution is pleased to offer retainer packages for clients who prefer to reserve a set number of hours per month. By purchasing a retainer package, it ensures that we are always available to fulfill your requirements and it allows us to become more familiar with you, your business and your business practices. We provide discounted rates to clients who retain our services on a monthly basis.

Retainer hours must be used within 30 days of when they are purchased. Unused time does not carry over and remaining hours won't be refund. Retainer packages are paid in full at the beginning of each month.

We have developed three price packages as follows:

Bronze Level Package = 10 Hours
Silver Level Package = 18 Hours

AdHoc Solution Charges A One-Hour Minimum Fee For All Services.

URGENT REQUESTS

Ad Hoc Solutions understand that sometimes there are requests that must be managed urgently. We are happy to consider rush service requests, for which we apply a 25% surchase fee. 
For Weekend/Holiday services requests there is a 30% additional fee.
